If you are using our services on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" in these Terms refer to both you individually and the entity.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on our website and in our courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of CyprusMarketingPro or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of CyprusMarketingPro. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on the site are the property of their respective owners.

Upon enrolling in our courses, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if we suspect that your account is being used in an unauthorized manner.

4. Course Enrollment & Payment

By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay the course fees as indicated on our website. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

Course fees are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any currency conversion charges that may be imposed by your financial institution.

Once you have completed the enrollment process and your payment has been confirmed, you will be granted access to the course materials in accordance with the specific course's access terms.

5. Course Access & Participation

Upon enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the course materials for the specified duration of the course. Some courses offer lifetime access to content, which means you can access the content for as long as the course is offered on our platform.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue course content at our discretion. While we strive to provide advance notice of significant changes, this may not always be possible.

Participation in course activities, including but not limited to discussion forums, live sessions, and group projects, is subject to our Code of Conduct detailed in Section 7 of these Terms.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our courses. If you are unsatisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

To request a refund, please contact us through our website with your enrollment details. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Refunds are not available for digital products that have been downloaded or accessed in their entirety, or for services that have been fully delivered.
